It is essential to enter the correct details to facilitate communication with Coffee Store Karpos – “To Kafeidikon” sales department and ensure the correct delivery of the package by the courier service (Courier).

Coffee Store Karpos – “To Kafeidikon” is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, returns, or costs that may arise from an incorrect address or incorrect shipping details.

Shipments within Greece

For orders within Greece, shipping is free if the total amount of the order exceeds €59. For orders up to €59, shipping costs are €3.50.

The courier company we work with is ACS COURIER, which has a large and reliable distribution network in Greece. In the rare case that the area you live in is not serviced by the ACS COURIER network, Coffee Store Karpos – “To Kafeidikon” will send you your order by an alternative method without any additional charge beyond those mentioned.

Shipments outside Greece

For orders outside of Greece, shipping is free if the total amount of the order exceeds €199. For orders up to the amount of €199, shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order completion process and vary depending on the country and shipping area.

The courier company we work with is DHL COURIER, which has a large and reliable distribution network in Greece. In the rare case that the area you live in is not serviced by the DHL COURIER network, the Coffee Store Karpos – “To Kafeidikon” will send you your order by an alternative method without any additional charge beyond those mentioned.

Delivery Time

Within Greece

All orders placed in our store are shipped within the next business day, from Monday to Friday. We would like to inform you that, in exceptional cases, there may be a slight delay of 1 to 4 days in shipment if any of your products are not immediately in stock.

Orders within Greece are sent through the courier company ACS COURIER
and are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days. However, the exact delivery time may vary and cannot be guaranteed at a specific time, even upon your request. For very remote or inaccessible areas, delivery may take up to 4-5 working days.

Please note that deliveries are not made during weekends and official holidays. For those who wish for weekend delivery, it is possible with an additional charge according to the pricing policy of ACS COURIER.

Outside Greece

All orders placed in our store are shipped within the next business day, from Monday to Friday. We would like to inform you that, in exceptional cases, there may be a slight delay of 1 to 4 days in shipment if any of your products are not immediately in stock.

Orders within Greece are sent through the courier company DHL COURIER
and are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for long distance countries. However, the exact delivery time may vary and cannot be guaranteed at a specific time, even upon your request. For very remote or inaccessible areas, delivery may take up to 30 working days.

Please note that deliveries are not made during weekends and official holidays. For those who wish for weekend delivery, it is possible with an additional charge according to the pricing policy of DHL COURIER.

Pick-up and Payment of the Order from the Store

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you about the availability of your order at our store. You have the option to pick up your order directly from our store’s address at I. Gounari 1, 45444, Ioannina, with no additional charge for shipping or cash on delivery. Payment can be made either in cash or by credit/debit card.

Orders with products that are immediately available will be ready for pickup the next business day. If the order includes products not immediately available, the availability for pickup will be determined by the latest pickup date listed for these products.

Your order will remain available for pickup at our store for 5 working days from the day you received the notification email. After this period, the products are released, and the order is canceled. To reorder products, check their availability and proceed with a new order.

General Conditions

For the pickup of orders from our store, previous phone or electronic registration of the products is required. Prices in the online and physical store are the same, but there may be differences in discounts. The pickup schedule follows the operating hours of the store.
